Robert Luetchford, MA Oxon
Spent 13 years in the computer and electronics industries, holding senior positions in marketing and strategic planning at Plessey and ICL. He joined Prudential Bache Securities in 1984 with responsibility for Technology Research. Was appointed Vice President of Prudential Bache and Senior Vice President of International Corporate Finance. Left with colleagues to establish Marshall in 1986.
Ian Tibbs, BA Oxon
Qualified as a solicitor in 1976 following which he joined the legal department of GD Searle, a pharmaceutical company. After a year in the Chicago head office, he was appointed European Counsel in 1979. From 1983 to 1988 he was Company Secretary and Legal Adviser to Acorn Computer Group plc, the predecessor of ARM Holdings plc. He joined Marshall in 1988.
John Webb, BA Oxon
A Chartered Accountant, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for 15 years, conducting audit, investigation and corporate finance work for major international and UK clients. Following a two year secondment to the Listing Department of the London Stock Exchange he joined Marshall in 1993 and was appointed a director in October 1994.
